上海海欣化纤有限公司是上海海欣股份有限公司控股的中外合资企业，地处松江东部开发区，创建于1993年，注册资本为1300万美元，总投资为3020万美元。
公司引进国外先进长丝设备，具有年生产各类化纤长丝1.2万吨能力。公司致力于差别化新合纤的开发，已建成4500T/年海岛涤/锦复合长丝生产线、1800T/年高强低伸缝纫丝生产线。公司采用复合长丝制成的高级家用纺织品系列，高级卫浴用品系列，产品80%出口。

Shanghai Haixin Chemical Fiber Co,Ltd, a joint-venture enterprise,held by Shanghai Haixin Group Co,Ltd, was founded in 1991. It is located in Shanghai Songjiang Eastern Industrial Zone with a registered capital of USD 13 million and a total investment of USD30.20 million.
It has imported the advanced different kinds of equipments from abroad to make filament. The annual output of different specification of chemical filament is about 12 thousand tons. Our company is engaging in diversifiedly developing new synthons. By now we have set up productive line of producing sea island PET/PA congugated microfiber with 4500 tons annual outputs, productive line of producing high tenacity and low elongation sewing thread with 1800 tons annual outputs. We adopt microfiber of produceseries of advanced household textiles, advanced snitary and bath products. About 80% of these products are exported to abroad.
Our company have successively been awarded the honors "the best enterprise with excellent economic and export performance" from 1996 to 2001.
